Two men killed in head-on crash on Route 209 in Monroe County

A head-on collision on Route 209 in Hamilton Township on Sunday, Oct. 25, killed Alexander Ntoas, 24, of Stroudsburg and Jaylan Henry, 27, of Blakeslee, after Henry's vehicle crossed into the opposing lane, Pennsylvania State Police said.
